24U - FAQ

In order to delete your account please do the following:
1. Go to your profile.
2. Go to personal data.
3. Scroll down and click “Delete account".

4. Select the reason why you want to delete your account.
5. After you click the button, we will process your request within 30 days.
If you want to cancel the account deletion, you can click "Restore Account".
To delete your account again, you will have to wait at least one day after the previous deletion.

If you want to delete your account but do not have access to the application, you can send a deletion request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. from the email address that was used when registering your account.

The situation when an SMS from your bank came with an amount greater than is shown in 24U may happen for several reasons. But very important to understand that, only the amount that 24U shows on the page after the purchase or the “last check” page will be debited from the card.

24U helps users to buy snacks and drinks from vending machines with their mobile phones. You can download the app from App Store and Google Play

There are two ways to get a coupon for a free hot drink:

1) When you register, and add a bank card for the first time, 24U will give you a coupon automatically. 

2) Send an invitation to your friend via sms, Email, telegram or other social network (24U gives you the choice to use the most convenient app). 24U will send a message with the link to App Store or Google Play. After downloading the app, on the first page of registration your friend should write down or paste your Promocode. You will get your free hot drink after your friend will make the first paid order. And your friend will get his|her coupon after he|she registered to the app and added at least one credit card to the system.
